3 cups 2 percent or whole milk 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/8 t. ground cinnamon 1/8 t. freshly grated nutmeg 1 t. vanilla extract 4 oz. dark rum

Heat milk in medium pan over medium to medium high heat. Stir in the coconut milk, brown sugar, spices and vanilla. continue heating until steaming but not simmering. remove from heat and pour into Irish coffee glasses. Add 1 oz. of rum to each glass. Serve. Serves 4 Source: Unknown
