  • 1 can corn (10 oz)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup corn bread mix
  • 1/3 cup low fat milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 3 eggs

Directions Edit

  1. Mix corn bread mix, butter, salt, milk, and beaten eggs.
  2. Pour corn into batter and mix well.
  3. Drop by tablespoons into very hot oil.
  4. Brown, drain on paper toweling.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce or rotel tomatoes (optional)
