Ingredients[]
- 18 oz frozen corn kernels
- ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- 1 tsp minced fresh jalapeño pepper
- 1 tsp minced fresh cilantro
- ⅓ cup commercial Parmesan−peppercorn salad dressing

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
