  1. Combine rice, oysters, corn and green pepper in large mixing bowl.
  2. Blend half and half, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard and pepper sauce; stir into rice mixture.
  3. Turn into greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until set.
  5. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
