  1. Grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the corn and cheddar cheese in the prepared dish.
  3. In a large bowl combine the butter, eggs, half and half and seasonings.
  4. Pour over the corn and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Cool slightly before cutting.
