1 Soak Raisins in boiling wate to plump.

2 In a deep skillet, saute the celery and Onion in oil for 5 minutes.

3 Add salt and drained Raisins, and cook for 2 minutes.

4 Add corn and cooked rice and heat through.

5 Toss lightly with a fork
