COTTAGE CHEESE VEGETABLE DUNK This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Shelton Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1992. 16 ounces cottage cheese 1 cup shredded processed American cheese 3 tablespoons plain unsweetened yogurt 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons minced onion Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
