The international alternative to the brown sauce - you can make this with cream, garlic powder, and onion soup while serving as a dip and/or with other chicken-fried dishes.

Gravy Edit

  1. Mix all ingredients and heat until the soup mix is well dissolved and onions are limp from the soup mix.
  2. If sauce becomes too thick, add a little regular or non-fat milk.

White sauce Edit

  1. Place flour in a small saucepan and cook until toasted, but not browned. Stir constantly.
  2. Add cornstarch, lemon pepper and milk.
  3. Continue cooking, and stirring until thickened.

For the main mixture Edit

  1. Pour the cooked gravy on the white sauce mixture.
  2. Stir the combined, cooked gravy and white sauce while cooking. Serve warm, then pair this homemade gravy with other main dishes.
