- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 3 tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise

- Boil, peel and shred the beetroots.
- Peel and shred the onion.
- Peel and chop fine the egg.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
- Heap the salad in a dish and decorate.
