  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned, drain.
  3. Combine milk, process cheese and mustard in medium saucepan; cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
  4. Stir in sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onion and cayenne pepper.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  7. Combine hot macaroni and cheese mixture in large bowl; toss until well coated.
  8. Spoon into greased shallow 2 qt. casserole dish.
  9. Cover and bake 15 – 20 minutes.
  10. Stir; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
  12. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
