Crab Meat Kekaguen

Ingredients

• 1 bag artificial crab meat, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 – 4 hot peppers (can be eliminated if desired)
• 2 – 3 lemons, squeezed
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Placed crab meat, onion, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl and thoroughly mixed by hand.
2. Add salt and pepper to desired taste.
3. Add hot peppers if desired.
