Ingredients[]
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 450 g (1 lb) crab meat
- 1 diced cucumber
- 4 skinned and cubed tomatoes
- 110 g (4 oz) pasta shells, cooked
- 1 shredded lettuce
- cucumber and lemon slices to garnish
Directions[]
- Mix together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and yogurt.
- Combine the dressing with the remaining ingredients except the lettuce.
- Serve the crab salad on a bed of shredded lettuce, garnished with cucumber and lemon slices, accompanied with brown bread and butter.
