  1. dissolve gelatin in 3 tbs cold water
  2. heat the soup but don't add water.
  3. Add gelatin to soup and mix well.
  4. Add to cream cheese,
  5. add celery,Onion, crab or Shrimp and Mayonnaise. (If you use canned crab or Shrimp drain first. )
  6. Mix well and press into mold.
  7. Leave in refigerator at least 6 hrs.
  8. serve with crackers.
