  1. Cook Onion and celery in butter until tender crisp.
  2. Stir in rice, crab meat, pimientos, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, Mayonnaise and sour cream.
  3. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with Cheese.
  4. Dip avocado slices in remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  5. Arrange avocado in spoke fashion over Cheese.
  6. Cover and heat until Cheese melts.
