Crabmeat Ring (TNT)

1 lb crabmeat, fresh or frozen 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Dash of hot sauce Grind of black pepper 1 t. chives Dash Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and put into a saran lined 3 cup ring mold. Chill 6 to 8 hours. Unmold and serve, filling center with Seafood Cocktail sauce. Spread on crackers. Makes 3 cups. I made this for Christmas one year, and it was great. lc Source: Appetizers, Southern Style
