  1. Sauté onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add crawfish, simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add corn and half and half cream.
  4. Cook for about 15–30 minutes on low-medium heat.
  5. Add crabmeat simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy with crackers.
