- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Directions[]
In 2 qt. glass measure, combine cranberries, mangos and Sugar. Cover loosely with wax paper and cook in microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring once. Combine cornstarch and water and stir into cran-mango mixture. Add lemon peel and mix well. Microwave on high for 2 more minutes or until thick.
