Cranberry Christmas Pudding and Sauce

Ingredients

PUDDING

• 2 cup Cranberry
• 1 lbs Bag, washed
• 1/2 cup Molasses
• 2 tsp Soda dissolved in 1/2 cup Water
• 1 1/2 cup Flour
• Ds Salt

SAUCE

• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Butter only, not margarine
• 1/2 cup Whipping cream
• Vanilla

Directions

Mix pudding in order given.
Steam 2 1⁄2 hours.
Mix sauce and simmer a few minutes.
Serve warm over pudding
