CRANBERRY PECAN CLUSTERS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Huddleston Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1989. I made this and was very pleasantly surprised with how good they are and how easy they are to make. Will definitely make gain. 6 squares white baking chocolate 1 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup chopped pecans Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Over a double boiler heat the chocolate until melted. Stir until smooth. Stir in cranberries and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared pan. Freeze for 5 minutes and refrigerate until firm.
