Ingredients[]
- 6 T. butter
- 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 T. honey
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. salt
- 12 cups popcorn (popped)
- 1 c. chopped toasted almonds
Instructions[]
- Melt butter in a saucepan with cranberries, sugar, honey, vanilla extract and salt
- Cook until the cranberries pop, about 3 minutes.
- Toss with popcorn and toasted almonds.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees F, stirring occasionally, until dry, about 8 minutes.
