Ingredients[]
- 2 – 3 crawfish tails
- 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 juice of 1 or 2 limes
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- hot pepper
Directions[]
- Cut up crawfish into small pieces and marinate in lime juice for ½ hour.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
- Chill in refrigerator and serve garnished with crisp lettuce and tomato slices.
