Description
Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn (450 grams)
- 4 cups clear vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons cornflour mixed with ¼ cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
- salt to taste
- To serve
- Chillies in vinegar
- chilli sauce
- soya sauce
Directions
- Boil the stock, add the cream style corn and mix well.
- Allow it to come to a boil.
- Add the cornflour paste, Ajinomoto, soya sauce and salt and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with the chillies in vinegar, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
