CREAM CHEESE BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hartman Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1984. 32 ounces cream cheese softened 1 jar dried beef chopped 1 bunch green onions sliced thin 3 teaspoons accent seasoning 1/2 cup green olives diced 1/2 cup black olives diced 1 cup chopped pecans Combine cream cheese and mix with dried beef, onions and accent. Form all into a large bowl then separate into thirds. In one third mix black olives. In second third mix green olives. Roll third in nuts. Serve all three on a platter with your favorite crackers.
