Cream Cheese Bread
1/3 c Milk 1 Egg 1 c Cream cheese (broken into small chunks) 1/4 c butter 3 tbs Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Salt 3 c Bread flour 2 1/2 tsp Instant Yeast
Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by your instructions. Select white bread setting, light crust if available. This recipe is excellent for additions like nuts, raisins, etc.
