Cream Cheese and Avocado Dip

1 medium avocado 1 T. lemon juice 1 pkg. (3 oz each) cream cheese, room temperature 1/4 t. minced onion About 2 T. milk Salt and pepper to taste

Peel avocado, remove pit, then cut into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then mash well with a fork. With a spoon, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Stir in onion and then avocado, blend well. To avocado mixture, add enough milk to make a dipping consistency. Add seasoning. Refrigerate. Makes 1 1/3 cups Source: My Old Recipes
