  1. Mash the flesh of the avocados to a paste with a silver fork.
  2. Press paste through a fine sieve.
  3. Put paste in saucepan and add water.
  4. Add the bouillon cubes.
  5. Cook until water begins to boil.
  6. Slowly stir in the milk.
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8. Remove from heat and add sweet pepper.
