This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bowers Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1994.

  1. Put vegetables in large pot and cover with wine and water.
  2. Bring to a boil slowly and let simmer until vegetables are soft.
  3. Puree with a hand blender then add remaining ingredients stirring constantly to combine.
  4. Let simmer for a few minutes before eating.
