  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Sauté onion in butter in heavy skillet until tender.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and paprika.
  5. Arrange broccoli on serving dish.
  6. Spoon sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with peanuts.
  7. Garnish with tomato roses, if desired.
