This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989.

  1. Melt margarine in ovenproof skillet over low heat.
  2. Gradually add eggs and milk to cheese spread and mix well then stir in potatoes, ham and ½ of onions.
  3. Pour into skillet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining onions and continue baking 5 minutes.
