  1. Combine ½ cup sugar, cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, corn syrup vanilla and mangos.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Combine 2 tbsp mango nectar, ⅓ cup sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
  4. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.
  5. Boil 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Beat sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Gradually beat in hot egg mixture.
  9. Spoon mango mixture into prepared bottom pie crust.
  10. Dot with butter.
  11. Spoon egg mixture evenly over filling.
  12. Cover with 2nd crust.
  13. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes.
  14. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake 35 – 40 minutes more.
  15. Cool.
