Creamy rice With beans
- 1/2 Cup Uncooked Converted Style rice
- 1 Can red kidney beans (8 Oz), Rinsed And Well Drained
- 1/3 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
In Medium Pan, Prepare The rice as Package Directs. Stir in The kidney beans, sour cream And All But 1 T. of The Cheddar Cheese. Reduce Heat. Cook, Stirring Until Heated Through. Top With Remaining 1 T. Cheese. Serves 4Source: my Old Recipes
