  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Discard all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
  3. Add okra, onion and green pepper to skillet; cook until tender crisp.
  4. Stir in rice, broth, black pepper and red pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes and fluff lightly.
  7. Replace lid; allow to stand about 10 minutes.
