  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; rub spice mixture over both sides of pork.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pork chop)
