Creole Salad
- 1 Head iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato, Cut Into Wedges
- 2 Oz. Roquefort Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/4 Cup pecans, Broken Itno Pieces
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/3 Cup vegetable oil
- 2 T. Dijon Mustrd With Seeds
Put lettuce, tomato Cheese And pecans in Large Bowl. in Small Cup, Mix Remaining Ingredients. Pour Over Salad. . Makes 6 ServingsSource: my Old Recipes
