This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Mclean Estate in Irving, Texas in 1982.

  1. In large bowl combine broccoli, soup, 1-cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper then pour into a greased crock-pot.
  2. Sprinkle crackers on top and dot with butter.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook 15 minutes longer.
