Ingredients[]
- 8 lb pork shoulder roast
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup chili sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp salt
- 8 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2½ tsp thyme
- 2½ tsp oregano
Directions[]
- Combine all and cook on low in crockpot 8 – 10 hours or until meat pulls apart and looks done.
- Serve on bread.
