Crockpot Sausage Bake
- 1 Lb. Bulk Pork Sausage
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. All Purpose flour
- 1/4 Tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Medium sweet potatoes, Peeled And Sliced
- 3 Medium Apples, Peeled And Sliced
Brown The Sausage, Breaking up The Big Pieces; Drain Off Fat.
Blend sugar, flour And cinnamon, 1/4 Tsp. salt, And 1/2 Cup Cold water.
Combine All Ingredients Into Crockpot; Cook on Low 4-5 Hours, StirringOnce or Twice.
It is Done When potatoes And Apples Are Both Tender.
