This holiday side cooks on the countertop while your turkey and dressing fill your oven.

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add whipping cream; stir well.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 3-qt slow cooker.
  4. Combine pecans and remaining 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook on high 3 – 4 hours.
