Preparation time: about 10 minutes.
- 4 Zespri Gold® kiwis
- 1 small papaya
- 50 grams lychees
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ciabatta
- about 100 g buttermilk cottage cheese
- Peel the papaya and lychees, removing the kernels; peel the Zespri Gold® kiwi and cut all into very small cubes.
- Mix the fruit with the lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Slice the ciabatta, spread with the cottage cheese and arrange the fruit mixture on it, then serve garnished with Zespri Gold® kiwi slices as desired.
