Chicken soup, also called Tyukleves

  1. Cook chicken in pot with water, skimming the scum off when starting soup to boil.
  2. Place all the vegetables and spices in the pot.
  3. Cook under a low flame until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove as much fat as possible.
  5. Strain soup and serve with broad noodles or liver dumplings.
