- 2 Large or 4 Small Genuine California Avacados
- 1 Large pineapple
- ¼ Cup Spainsh olive oil
- ¼ Cup fresly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Cup red onion, peeled and cut into slivers
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits and cut in half again. Carefully remove the skin and cut the avocados into bite-sized pieces. Add them to the pineapple.
Serve and enjoy!
