  • cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tbs vinegar
  • 1/2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • mint leaves, chopped
  • salt to taste

Directions Edit

  1. Mix a finely chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber, a cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 tbs each vinegar and olive oil, a tsp minced garlic, chopped mint and salt in a bowl.
  2. Serve with crackers or chopped veggies
