- cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tbs vinegar
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- mint leaves, chopped
- salt to taste
- Mix a finely chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber, a cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 tbs each vinegar and olive oil, a tsp minced garlic, chopped mint and salt in a bowl.
- Serve with crackers or chopped veggies
