- 2 oz tofu, Firm drained
- 1 cup cucumber coarsely chopped and unpeeled
- 2 tbl fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbl vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Dark sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper

- Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
