  • Makes 12 servings and ⅔ cup of sauce

Directions[]

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to 350°F to 400°F (medium high).
  3. Whisk together peanut oil and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl until blended.
  4. Add steak pieces, and toss to coat.
  5. Thread beef onto skewers.
  6. Grill beef, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 3 minutes each side.
  7. Place skewers on serving platter, and drizzle with jade sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
  9. Garnish, if desired.

Jade sauce[]

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor 10 seconds or until thoroughly blended, stopping to scrape sides as needed.
