  1. Partially freeze meat
  2. Thinly slice across the grain into bite sized strips. Set aside
  3. Cook sliced potatoes in boiling water about 5 minutes or till tender. Drain and set aside
  4. Meanwhile, for sauce, stir together beef broth, cornstarch, and Tony's. Set aside
  5. Spray a wok or large skillet with PAM
  6. Heat over medium-high heat
  7. Add onion and stir fry about 2 minutes
  8. Add green or red pepper and stir fry about 2 minutes more or till vegetables are crisp-tender
  9. Remove from wok, set aside
  10. Add oil to hot wok
  11. Add beef and curry powder
  12. Stir fry 2 – 3 minutes or till beef is tender, set aside
  13. Stir sauce and add to wok
  14. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly
  15. Stir in all ingredients
  16. Cook and stir all ingredients for 1 minute or till heated through
