  1. Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook Onion and curry powder, stirring well, until tender.
  2. Stir in Sausage and broth; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in beans; cook until hot, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Spoon over rice.
