CURRIED MEAT BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pryor Estate in Grapevine, Texas in 1996. 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 large egg beaten 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 pound minced steak Combine ingredients in order given then shape into balls. Cook in lightly greased pan until brown on all sides. Serve hot on cocktail picks.
