heat oil in Saucepan. Add Onion, Saute 4 min. or Until Translucent. Add garlic And curry Powder, Cook 1 min. Stir Broth, milk, And 1/2 Cup water Into Saucepan. Bring to a Boil. Add Lentils, Cauliflower, pepper And zucchini. Cover And Reduce Heat. Return to a Simmer, Cover And Cook 12 min. or Until Lentils And Vegetables Are Tender. Garnish With 1/4 Cup Chopped cilantro. Serve With white rice. Makes 5 Servings.*
