  1. Combine rice, raisins, apples, onion, bouillon and curry.
  2. Add water and butter. Bring to a boil; stir once or twice.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes (25 minutes for parboiled rice), or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  4. Fluff with fork.
