Perfect for picnics
- 3 cups of cooked rice, cooled
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- a few raisins
- 2 – 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 can King Oscar Icelandic shrimp (6 – 7 oz)
- Mix the rice, celery, raisins, green onions and shrimp with the dressing ingredients.
